A history built on local service
BlueBird Cabs began with five taxicabs in 1946. Just two years later, the fleet had grown to twenty, and by the 1980s it numbered more than fifty. That growth reflects a lasting connection with the people and places of Greater Victoria.
Our driver-owned heritage has shaped the way we work: pride in our vehicles, courteous service and attention to the people who ride with us. As travel needs have changed, BlueBird Cabs has continued to evolve while holding on to those values.
